Licences - Who needs a licence?

All users of the CCSD Schedule must agree to the terms and conditions of the CCSD licence. Depending on how you will use the CCSD Schedule, this will determine which of the following three types of licences you need to apply for:

Individual Providers e.g. Consultants
If you are an individual provider of healthcare services, such as a consultant, podiatrist, dentist etc you will not be required to pay for a licence. However, you will need to apply online and agree to the terms and conditions of use before you are able to access and download the CCSD Schedule from the Members' Area.

Provider Organisations e.g. Private Hospitals
Organisations which provide healthcare services, such as hospitals, day care units, specialty units, etc will not be required to pay for a licence. However, you will need to apply online and will then be sent a licence agreement.

Once Westhill Consulting have received a signed copy of your licence agreement you will be granted access to the Members' Area.

Only one username and password for the Members' Area is issued per organisation. Subsidiaries of a provider group that has already obtained a licence are covered by the terms of that licence and should approach their head office in order to access the Members' Area.

Other Organisations e.g. Health Insurers or Software Providers etc
If you are a health insurer, health insurance administration organisation, software provider or any other organisation that wishes to use the CCSD Schedule for commercial or research purposes, you will need to purchase an annual licence.

You will need to apply online, and will then be sent a licence agreement and invoice. Once Westhill Consulting have received licence fee payment and a signed copy of your licence agreement you will be granted access to the Members' Area.
