Who operates this site?
The CCSD website is managed by Capita Health (referred to as We" below) on behalf of its subsidiary CCSD Services Limited ("CCSD Services"). CCSD Services is the authorised agent of the Clinical Coding and Schedule Development Group ("CCSD Group"). The members of the CCSD Group are Aviva, AXA-PPP healthcare, Bupa, VitalityHealth and Simplyhealth. 

Copyright of material on this website, with the exception of the CCSD Schedule, rests with CCSD Services and Capita. Copyright of the CCSD Schedule rests with the members of the CCSD Group.

Licensing of the CCSD Schedule is carried out by CCSD Services. CCSD Services is a subsidiary of Capita and the authorised agent of the CCSD Group. 

Privacy Policy
We have adopted a set of information management guidelines which have been developed to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. We take note of advice published from time to time by the Information Commissioner. A summary of the measures taken to protect our users' privacy is as follows: 

  • We do not provide or sell your details to third parties unless you have specifically requested that we do so.
  • We reserve the right to disclose information about member usage and demographics to partners, but in anonymous aggregate form only. Tribal will not reveal your personal identity in connection with the disclosure of such information.
  • Only authorised personnel and contractors have access to your information. We will keep your information secure by taking appropriate technical and organisational measures against its unauthorised or unlawful processing and against its accidental loss, destruction or damage.
We are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of websites to which may link.

What personally identifiable information do we collect about you?
We collect information on our users in two ways: through cookies, and through registration. For more information about cookies, please see below.

We require users to provide us with a name, title, organization name, email address, postal address, postcode, contact telephone number and, in some cases, their GMC registration number in order to register for access to certain services such as the Members' Area.

We will retain the personal information provided by you for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes listed in this policy; and we rely on you telling us promptly if your name and address or any other details change. 

We may periodically send you email updates on and the development of the CCSD Schedule. If you wish to opt out of receiving such information from us, please email stating that you would prefer not to be contacted.

What do we do with the information collected?
Your personal information will be used for several general purposes, including: providing information that you have requested; handling your enquiries, personalising your experience on the website, providing access to some areas of the website, and keeping you up to date with services which may be relevant to you.

We may perform statistical analyses of user behaviour in order to measure relative interest in the various areas of our site (for development purposes). In performing these statistical analyses, we will disclose information to third parties only in aggregate form. Personal information on individual registered members will not be provided to any third party.

With whom do we share the information we collect?
We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. However, we may provide aggregate statistics on our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third party vendors. These statistics will include no personally identifying information. 

Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request details of any information we may hold about you (for which we may make a reasonable charge).
